Our policy extends for 14days upon receiving your item. If 14 days has passed after you receive your item, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
All refund, return or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days upon receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please refer to the list below:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products (ebooks)
- Health and personal care items
There are certain situations where ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
To request a refund, return, replacement or exchange:
1. Email your refund, return, replacement or exchange request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Provide your Name, Purchase Date and Order ID.
3. In detail, explain the reason for the refund, return, replacement or exchange.
4. Please provide photos and videos of the item that would help us identify the condition of the item you bought and received, please can attach photos to the e-mail. This is for the evaluation of our product specialists
5. After you submit your request to email@example.com, we will review your request within 24 hours. If our products department, marketing department or any other third party needs more information, it may take up to 2-3 working days to find the solution and provide it to you.
We will refund your purchase on items sold and/or fulfilled by Keekir, up to our standard delivery option cost, if following applies:
• wrong size and/or color item sent due to the Seller's error, or
• Received a damaged item, or
• Received a defective item.
We will not refund your purchase costs on items sold and/or fulfilled by Keekir, up to our standard delivery option cost, if the following applies:
• Placed an accidental order, or
• buyer bought an item on sale, or
• Placed a wrong size order, or
• Item is no longer needed/wanted, or
• Gave no reason for refund, or
• Ordered customized items, or
• Returned the item to the Seller damaged, or in a condition that is different from the condition in which it was sent.
Note: Keekir is not required to refund the cost of shipping fee of delivering your purchase to the buyer’s address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- To request for a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org following the steps provided above entitled: “To request a refund, replacement or exchange.”
- If the buyer and seller agree on a return, the seller will provide you with a return shipping address depending on your residence country.
- To ensure the safe return of the item, please package your item with care. Provide your Name, Surname and Address on the package. Also, put a note in the package with your Order ID.
- .It is a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item. When you get your tracking number, please email it to email@example.com. Sending the return via a tracking delivery method protects you in the event we don’t receive your item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14-21 working days depending on your bank’s policy.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card again. Depending on your bank/credit card company, it could take a while for a refund to officially post (Usually 14-21 days)
- Contact your bank or credit card company. They will be able to tell you if the refund has been sent and posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. They will also be able to verify if we sent out the refund to them or not.
- If you’ve done all of this, and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days from receiving the item and we will attend to your need within the next 2-4 working days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to and we will attend to you within the next 2 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Things to keep in mind when requesting a replacement or exchange
- Ship the original item back to the seller within 7 calendar days of requesting the replacement or exchange. This ensures your request will be taken care of in a timely manner.
• If you do not ship the original item back to the seller within 30 days, you will be charged for the cost of the new item.
• The seller will ship your new item to you within 7 working days after original item has been received and inspected.
